Blue Cheese Bites
1 big roll refrigerator biscuits
(such as Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Country Style - not flaky)
1 stick butter
1 sm. package blue cheese
Cut biscuits into quarters. Arrange in 2 (8-inch) round baking pans. Melt 1 stick butter in saucepan. Stir in crumbled blue cheese. Immediately spoon mixture over biscuits, being sure to coat all of them. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. or until brown.
These biscuits were a hit at our annual Thanksgiving potluck dinner.
