We are a non-profit Community Service Organization of women and hope we can interest you in some of our activities which benefits THE CITY OF PLANTATION, FLORIDA, especially the parks, recreational facilities and services to residents.

Plantation Junior Woman's Club, known as
We are a non-profit, non-political and
non-sectarian Organization of women.
Among the events which we sponsor annually are ART IN THE PARK, HOLIDAY TOUR OF HOMES, HIDDEN TREASURES COMMUNITY SALE & CRAFT SHOW and numerous other BEAUTIFICATION projects (including the new MOST BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPING HOME CONTEST. BEAUTIFICATION PROJECTS include tree planting, creation and maintenance of a butterfly arbor and garden, the brick pillar project, purchase of playground equipment and park enhancements. We support our Dive Team and provide several college scholarships yearly. We are currently sponsoring the Liberty Tree Brick Project to rebuild the walkways with new bricks at Liberty Tree Park. All prospective members and their friends who reside in Plantation or nearby communities are invited to attend a New Member Orientation . All interested parties should email
Membership for further information. In order to qualify for membership, you must attend two general meetings and one orientation. Visit our Membership and Activities page to see if you qualify. Any woman who is interested in joining is invited to attend any of our General Meetings, which are the 3rd Wednesday of the month at Deicke Auditiorium (Except in July and August)
